Shipping 

We ship to the continental US. All orders are sent vis USPS priority or UPS and typically arrive within 3-5 business days of their ship date.  Tracking information will be sent with your order at the time of shipment.

Cancellations

Please note that all orders enter our production queue upon placement, therefore cancellations are not accepted.  Please be sure to check all order details are correct prior to finalizing your order.  Additionally please ensure you are aware of our order processing times.

Digital Printable Policies, Terms of Use

You CAN:

1. Print printable files for personal use.
2. Give away a print out as a gift (please no more than 3 times per printable, if you need to print more than 3 for a gift, please make another purchase.)

You CANNOT:

1. Share the file with anyone via email, USB, or any other means except for purposes of printing online thru an online printing website.
2. Sell the printable file to anyone in person, online or otherwise.
3. Sell print outs of the printable file to anyone.
4. Upload the high resolution downloadable file to the web.  Uploading to an online printer IS permitted, but uploading to a blog or website is strictly prohibited.  If you would like to feature our work please contact us in advance and we will provide images suitable for the web.  
5. Use the printable files or print outs in giveaways without permission.
6. Edit, manipulate, or use the printable file on products for sale.
7. Use printable files for ANY commercial use.

Purchase does not transfer rights. Copyright of designs remains with the designer. By purchasing digital items from this site, you have agreed to the full terms of use listed above.

Art Print Refund & Exchange Policy

Printables: Due to the digital nature of digital downloads, no refunds will be given once the file has been downloaded. We will however do everything possible to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.  If you ordered a digital file and were not aware it was digital please contact us BEFORE you download the file to discuss.  

Printed / Shipped Prints: If there is a printing error on your order or a problem with your product, please let us know so we can rectify the situation as soon as possible! Personalized printed items are not eligible for return unless there is an error made or the product arrives damaged.
