Capitalization

We will cut the monogram according to the capitalization that you give us when you type your letter. Please type your letter with the capitalization you desire.

Proofs

We are happy to provide a proof to you if desired, although typically this is not needed for monograms. We do thicken some fonts in order to provide a more stable monogram for you. If you would like to see this thickening simply request a proof with your order.

Please note that this will increase the production time of your order.  Please also note that we provide proofs (by request only) for customers who have placed orders and are unable to provide proofs for those who have not yet purchased. 

Hanging + Hardware

No hanging hardware will be included with your monogram.  There are a number of ways to hang your monogram, please use the method that best suits you.  Many customers find that using a generous amount of 3M or Gorilla mounting tape is an easy and strong way to adhere your monogram to your untextured and even walls.   No hanging hardware or strips will be sent with your sign, but they are readily available on sites such as Amazon and your local hardware store.  Alternatively, putting nails into the wall and hanging the monogram from the loops of the letters also works well.  You may also opt to install a small sawtooth hanger with nails no thicker than 1/4" if you desire.  This is a superior method if your walls have texture or are uneven.

We ship to the continental US. All orders are sent vis UPS or USPS.  We do provide shipping time estimations for our products and will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, however please not that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time.  We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure a successful delivery, PO boxes are not recommended.
