This took a lot longer than expected for a download electronic item. I believe it said 24-48 hours. After about a week passed, I emailed to inquire the time frame (understanding this was right before Christmas and a busy time). I said I wanted it for a Christmas gift. Never heard back. A few days later I finally got the downloadable image. I sent it to staples to get it printed and it was so terrible, I was almost embarrassed to give it in the frame as a gift but I had run out of time because of how long it took! Not sure if it was staples or the actual print, but it looked pixelated and blurry.
